They appear to be nylon and sit at the edge of the lower window in a groove. I circled the item of concern in red. Better BILT is the manufacturer but have since gone out of business.

There are 4 small rubber guides on the moveable sash that keeps it aligned. They are in a slot at each corner of the metal window up against the jamb to keep it aligned side-to-side when sliding it up and down.. Hey there, have a house full of 1989 Milgard aluminum windows with lower lift sashes. They are all in bad shape and I am replaceing all of the balancers. Some are missing the part in the picture which seems to cause them to scrape in the channel. Do you sell these? Thanks!

Please ignore my previous attempt at an email, I did not include all the necessary info.I have purchased the wrong balancers in the past and the windows begin to open correctly and without resistance. I'm looking for the small plastic guides that center the sash in the window frame as it moves up and down. The photo's show the part and the slot that they snap into. The slot is about 3/8" x 1/16". Thanks

I need some PGT parts for some double hung windows. They are small white plastic parts that keep the windows from going from side to side. I have included 3 photos- one of the parts that are broken. These little plastic guides are breaking off. They keep the window straight in frame when raising and lowering. The measure 3/8" x 3/16". Thank you.
