26-089P just a bit off

Question

Hi, I recently got the 26-089P parts to replace the Pacific Industry latches. However, the holes don't line up for the top of the sash (picture attached). Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear the holes don't line up. Can you give me the exact measurement? For our 26-089P, the distance between the installation hole center and the edge of the housing is 2-1/16". What is this dimensions on your own latch? Are there any other differences in measurement? Is the hole in the vertical corner also located in the same spot? Let me know!
