Product Description

White plastic top tilt latches, sold in pairs (left and right hand). These spring loaded latches are often used on Keller tilt-out windows.

Helpful Tip!

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

Replacement window swing latchs for 1980 vintage aluminum single hung windows

Original latchs were dark brown or black. Seems like Keller 26-89BP or Better-Bilt 26-351 would work. Approx. size, 2 1/8L, 3/4 W, 5/8 W lower bracket. Ultimately have 22 windows need latches. If t his works, we'll look at replacing the ballasts.I welcome your recommendationThanks,Owen ... (cont.)
