Window is an old aluminum single hung window with spiral balances. However the top guides of the sliding portion of the window are broken and need to be replaced. They are screwed in on the top and on the side with a plastic tab-latch which locks the top part of the window into the frame and allows ... (cont.)

I need left and right tilt latches for an aluminum window.

Original latchs were dark brown or black. Seems like Keller 26-89BP or Better-Bilt 26-351 would work. Approx. size, 2 1/8L, 3/4 W, 5/8 W lower bracket. Ultimately have 22 windows need latches. If t his works, we'll look at replacing the ballasts.I welcome your recommendationThanks,Owen ... (cont.)
