Window lift spindle and locking mechanisms

Thanks for your post! The spiral balance can be replaced with either the 5/8" S600-28 or the 3/8" S900-28. To confirm the right series you'll need to confirm the diameter of the balance tube. Please also double check that the balance length shown only includes the tube, not the plastic tip.

The 3/8" balance is not available in a black tip option but the yellow tip may work. You'll need to confirm the sash weight to confirm. The 5/8" is available in a black tip.

The tilt latches remind me of the 26-089 (white) and 26-089BP (black) Keller Tilt Window Latch pairs. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to confirm that these are a match.
