Pivot Bar, 3"

Hello, I ordered 4 pivot parts, but I got the wrong ones... HELP! :) thank you

I'm looking to replace parts on 6 windows. All the sash pivots, all the coil spring balances and the upper latches I've included pictures. it doesn't look like The old sash balances will come out of the tracks without cutting into the vinyl? Who can I speak with to figure out out the right way to ... (cont.)

Need pivot shoes and piece that inserts into it plus new spring and balance charging tool. Thanks.

I need to replace my existing window balances, I found them on your website. Item described below. My question: is there such thing as a left or right or are they interchangeable? HiWe have older Imperial brand windows and need some components to. The spring that balances the vertical slide window broke on two windows and I am trying to locate replacements. I would purchase 4 if possible.ThanksJoel
