Keller Tilt Window Latch Pair, Black

Hi! I have a few broken window slides (not sure what they're technically called, sorry). I have single hung windows from the 80's that have kind of a pressure latch with tabs (all plastic) that keep the sliding portion aligned with the rails at the sides of the window that both keep the sliding pane ... The latch that holds the sash in place is broken

I have a window with a missing right latch. And the left latch appears to be damaged at the tip where it meets the leftmost aluminum frame. I also don't have a tilt bar. Not sure if even necessary. Can you please point me to the correct parts? I'd like to replace the screen as well. The window ... (cont.)

Original latchs were dark brown or black. Seems like Keller 26-89BP or Better-Bilt 26-351 would work. Approx. size, 2 1/8L, 3/4 W, 5/8 W lower bracket. Ultimately have 22 windows need latches. If t his works, we'll look at replacing the ballasts.I welcome your recommendationThanks,Owen ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace this part of my window. I've looked in Home Depot and Lowes but they do not have this. The house is old and the windows have not been updated since 1985.
