Hi! I have a few broken window slides (not sure what they're technically called, sorry). I have single hung windows from the 80's that have kind of a pressure latch with tabs (all plastic) that keep the sliding portion aligned with the rails at the sides of the window that both keep the sliding pane ... I have a window with a missing right latch. And the left latch appears to be damaged at the tip where it meets the leftmost aluminum frame. I also don't have a tilt bar. Not sure if even necessary. Original latchs were dark brown or black. Seems like Keller 26-89BP or Better-Bilt 26-351 would work. Approx. size, 2 1/8L, 3/4 W, 5/8 W lower bracket. Ultimately have 22 windows need latches. If t his works, we'll look at replacing the ballasts.I welcome your recommendationThanks,Owen ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace this part of my window. I've looked in Home Depot and Lowes but they do not have this. The house is old and the windows have not been updated since 1985. I need replacement tilt latch's And I need the part the goes on the bottom of the window that connects the balancer to the window. These windows tilt in so the window rotates on this part as well.

I have broken window latches on aluminum framed double hung tilt out windows. Can't find replacements anywhere. I'm selling my home and need to replace these asap. Can you help?

Looks like a spring loaded tab that slides into the rail. Both little tabs are broken and the top half of the window is leaning towards the inside.

Can you help me with these parts. Two balance springs, two shoes, two pivot bars and two top latches. The house was built in 1979.

2 and 1/4 inch total minus locking arm. On kel pane winows. Also new felt to insert?

The tilt window latch with 1 screw hole is bronze in color and plastic. No markings on it. Picture is attached.Body is 2-1/4" long not counting the spring tip.
