Window Sash Lock?

I am looking to replace this part of my window. I've looked in Home Depot and Lowes but they do not have this. The house is old and the windows have not been updated since 1985. Due to how this piece is broken, the window is no longer closed and there is a space between the bottom half of the window and the top where air, sound and critters come through.
