Hello,

It sounds like you may need new tilt latches. We may be able to help but we would need to see photos of an intact latch to compare to our inventory. If it installs using screws, we'll also need you to write out the exact distance between the hole centers. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. I can't be sure with the latch still installed but the 26-089BP would be a good place to start. Review the specifications below to confirm if they match up to yours and let us know if you notice any discrepancies.

It looks right I have ordered and will try them out. 
Could also be in the balancing and tracking.
Can you send info on those parts as well?

Are you referring to the spiral balances? If so, we would need to see yours fully removed form the window, including the end of the spiral and the base of the housing tube. We'd also need to know the housing tube length and confirm if the diameter measures 3/8" or 5/8" to narrow down your options. Thank you.
