26-378 - needed a 4 hole

Question

I need to replace a couple of the broken pivot for my windows and I found this closest match (26-378) but I need it to be 4 hole instead of 2. Would you have it?

You don't need every screw hole, just the one used to install your pivot bar to the window. Which hole takes the screw? Does it line up with one of the two that come with our 26-378?
