3" Pivot Bar

Need balancer things with metal ribbons and a metal T part that's broken.

I can only see a number 4 on one coil. Coils are 3/8" wide, coil holder is 1/2" wide. I am looking for the easiest way to replace this. Is there an all in one retrofit or do I need to replace these exact parts? It seems like there are 1/2" coils standard with the series 160 1/2" holder on this site, ... (cont.)

Good morning, I have a customer with discontinued windows who needs his balances replaced as soon as possible. The only identifier, after removing the hardware, is #5.5 37 inchs PAT 5232208 on the coil. I need all the proper hardware to replace all coil balances on both sides of the window, the pivot shoes, and coil supports. not sure if this setup is considered single coil, double coil, or more.
