Your shoe is similar to the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I'm confident this should be a match but be sure to remove the existing shoe and compare the dimensions below.
This shoe is commonly used with the 26-040 and the 26-378 pivot bars.
The compatible coil spring is the the Series 190 Coil Balance; attached using the 33-073 screw. Since the sash weighs 10lbs, I believe you'll need the S190-540.
These are typically used along with the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip and 15-182 Balance Bushing.
