I would like to know if I can buy a rope to fix this Non-Tilt Channel Balance? Please let me know all the parts so that I can fix my window. Thank you so much!

It's for non-tilt window and 1/2" Channel width. It looks like S350, S351, S380, S385, S390 and S395 that they all look the same. I also took the pictures of top and bottom. Please help me with the part number so that I can order right away. Thank you.

This looks like either an S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. The diagram below shoes the difference in shoe depth. You'll need a stamp option of 2640.
