the code on my channel balance is
26 5 EC CMC 2
the channel is almost 27" but is 26"
from the ends of the guide. it appears to
use guides 19-002 & 15-002

Thank you for submitting the information on your channel balance. From what you've submitted, it sounds like you have a Series 351 Channel Balance. Yours would be the S351-27, assuming your channel is just under 27". The stamp "26 5" would translate to our stamp 2650.
Before we move on, I would like to confirm a few things:
Have you measured the channel portion of the balance only when determining the balance length?
If your uncertain about the balance attachmetns, please submit a few photos of the attachmetns so we can take a look. The attachmetns a very important, as they determine the balance Series.
