26 7 window balance

Thanks for reaching out to us! You'll need the Series 795 Channel Balance to replace your existing assembly. There is a chance the ones we sell on the website will work without modification but I'll need to confirm how the balances install at the top of the window. Do they screw in or use a hook? If a hook, please confirm the shape of the installation hole.

You'll also need to confirm the length of the metal channel, excluding the T-Lock Shoe. It would also be a good idea to get the weigh the sash so that we can ensure the stamp on the replacement will be correct.

The shoe on your assembly is the 15-195B 1-1/4" open cam shoe, which are sold separately from the balance. The replacements will come with the 15-195 closed cam shoe, so you'll need to swap them out once your receive the balances. There is a video tutorial below with instructions on how to do so.

The window latch reminds me of the 26-243 Tilt Window Latch. The right handed latch is the 26-244. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, be sure to double check the specifications.
