I need one window balance which has broken cord.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-26 and S385-26 channel balances with the 2540 stamp option. The difference between the two Series is the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown below and see which one matches up best.
