Thank you for reaching out to us. Does your balance install at the top of the window track using a screw? If so, I recommend the Series 795. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

No it has a hook that goes into a hole

Thanks for confirming! In that case, this will need to be a custom order since your balance is installed with a hook. I just need a few more details. Can you tell me the number stamped on the balance or show me a photo of it? How many balances are you looking to order? I can draft a price quote from there.
