26 inch channel balance replacement

Hi,
My name is Andrew and I'm trying to replace a broken channel balance for my sliding window. It's length is 26 inches and width is 1/2 inch. I was browsing through your inventory and I believe it's product code S380-26 but I am not sure what the sash weight is. Please let me know so I can hopefully place an order for a replacement if available. Thanks

Our S380-26 does look similar, but your stamp (specifically the "86") indicates a special calibration. As a result, the S380-26 does not work as a replacement, but we can supply it as a custom order.
