26" long metal channel window balance

Question

The cord broke on one of my window balancers and I would like to install 2 new ones.  The marking on the channel is: 25 4 HW CMC 11.  The channel is 26" long and 1/2" wide.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
