Your spiral balance resembles the (3/8") S900-26 or (5/8") S600-26 with red tip options. The determining factor would be the diameter of your housing tube.
As for the pivot shoe, we would need to see an intact shoe fully removed from the window. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the shoe to narrow down your options.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-015 but note that it measures 17/32" thick as shown below. This pivot shoe is commonly used with this S600 spiral balance. You'll be given multiple shipping options to choose from at checkout since the parts are added to your cart.
