this window channel balance has the number 2530 OA and BSI or BSL something like that. Please allow me to order 2 of each. one right and one left I believe it does not matter. Thank you very much.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-26 or S385-26, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thanks for your reply. the measurement of the shoe, it is 1 3/32 so it is the S385. Thanks for your help.

the top part of your balance (S385)looks different than the one I have. Does it matter if it is different or I have to switch parts. so if I do, I probably need the rivets and the rivet punch. thanks for your help.

The design is a little different but I don't think it will matter. The top part of our balance serves the same function as yours, they were just made by different companies.
