Hello,
My name is Jennifer. I work for City glass OKC and am needing help finding this part for a window we installed. I ordered something similar recently from you, it was a 25c, but it was not the correct one. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Jennifer. I'm sorry to hear that the Series 795 didn't work for you. However, I still think it's your best bet, as long as you make a few adjustments.

To start, look at our 15-216 pivot shoe and 15-224 inverted link. The inverted link snaps onto the bottom end of Series 795, where the "T" shaped shoe currently installs. They swap out pretty easily. Then, the peg of the 15-224 fits into the 15-216 pivot shoe.

I think these parts are worth considering, just note the size of the 15-216 shoe. It's 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. Look these parts over and see what you think.
