Channel Balance Help

Home Owner from Redmond, WA
Hi, two balance springs of my window are missing. And the type is 26D SRS 77T B&T TN Balance, but I'm not sure what exactly that means. Could you please help me understand which ones I need to order? Thanks.

Thanks for writing in. We can help you replace these balances, but we will need pictures of the balances removed from the windows, with the end attachments on either side of the balance photographed. If the balances are missing, then a balance from an identical sized window in the house will suffice. Many thanks.

Thanks for the photos, but we will need to see photos of the balance removed from the window. We need to see detailed photos of the ends of the balance in order to help determine which balance can work in place of what you currently have. With your balances still being installed in the window, we can not see the full detail of both nylon ends.

Thanks for getting back to me. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments, is 27" long. If so, see either our S351-27 or S390-27 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare with your old balances and see what you think matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2640. Let us know if you have any other questions.

I ordered 27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE, should this one work?
