27 1 FL CALDWELL Window Channel Balance

Question

27 1 FL CALDWELL is the part no. shown on channel which is 1/2" wide and 28" long. It appears to be a S380 but the S385 &S390 look similar and I can't tell the differences. The window weighs 24 lbs. Thanks in advance - would obviously like to identify and get ordered/delivered a quickly as possible.

Hi, Steve. You've got a 28" balance. If your window weighs 24 pounds, choose a 2740 stamp option. To tell the difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 (This isn't a Series 390, don't worry), you need to measure the shoe like we show in the photo at the bottom of my post. If you come up with 1-3/32", choose an S385-28. A 1" shoe means you have the S380-28.
