Need a channel balance replacement for windows in our home. The length of the metal part is 28 inches. I used your guide from the instruction video to measure it.
The cord in the balance is broken and I need a replacement.

Hi there, Abhi.
Thank you for reaching out to us. Based on what I see here, I recommend the S380-28 or S385-28 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown in the image below and see which Series matches best. You will also need to select the 2740 strength option based on your 27-4 stamp.
