"27 4 FW CMC 11" And "27 9 IV CMC 2" Not tilt window channel balance

Hello, please recommend the correct replacement "channel balance" for my windows based on the above stamp on my current channel balance. After doing some research on your website, it looks like this is the correct model "28" Series 395 Channel Balance
Product Code: S395-28"

Given I have two different stamps from two different windows, I am not sure if the stash weight is something that is different between the two. Both window stack are the same heigh/width.

Thanks for posting. Good work, I agree this looks like an S395-28 Channel balance. For the balances stamped '27-4', you can use the 2740 stamp option. The balance stamped 27-9 however use a rating system that is obsolete. To know what stamp option to select, weigh the window sash that this pair of balances support. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option under the product description on the S395-28 shop page. Let me know if you have any questions.
