27" Single Hung Channel Balance

Marked on the side is B.S.I 2640 (shown in uploaded photos). I do not see any brand on these black aluminum single hung windows.

As requested, I have uploaded photos of each end of a complete channel balance for identification of replacements.

Your balance looks almost exact to our S351-27 and S390-27. The difference between these two balances lies within the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe and compare it to each balance to determine which balance will work. Whichever one chosen will use the 2640 option.
