I'm afraid I cannot confirm if you have our Series 351 based on this picture, as I cannot see your bottom shoe. Please show me a picture of the shoe and give me its dimensions (as compared to the shoe that comes with the Series 351) and we can make a suggestion.

The dimensionson the shoe, it appears to be 1" across
15/16" wide across the wings.

Thank you! I actually think our Series 380 would be a better match. This comes with a 19-005 and 15-005 shoe pre-attached. Just make sure these parts match your own.
