27" channel balance

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances look a lot like either our S380-27 with a 1" shoe or our S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Although, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

You'll need to take a look at the metal channel of the balance for any stamps or markings. This will be the information you'll need to use to select your stamp option.

The metal piece securing the balance in the window channel is the 16-002 Take Out Clip.
