27" window channel balance

How can I tell which 27" channel balance part number to purchase?  I see you have at least two model numbers

Thanks for posting. The balance length, not including the nylon attachments, is probably 26" long. Please confirm. If so, this is either an S380-26 or S385-26 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2540.
