Hey there. I am confident we can help, but we need to see both nylon end attachments, unobstructed and undamaged. I only see the bottom one clearly in these photos. Also, are these balances with different stamps for the same window? That should not be--both balances in a window should have the same stamps. Please weigh the window sash these balances support so we can determine what the right stamp code is.
