2730 B.S.I. stamped on balancer. Also has the letters NK on it

Balancer is 28 inches long. Also appears that the retaining clip is missing.

Hello! Looking at the first photo of your balance, I think you have our S395-28. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, which look like what you have now. Double check to make sure I'm right. If so, then I'm very confident that this can repair your window.

I'm not sure what the retainer clip might be. Could you be referring to the take out clip? If so, see out 16-002.

Hello Tom, I think we are in business. I looked at the S395-28 and it looks to be the same. As for the retainer clip, that was a case of "head space and timing" on my part, it is in the frame. Thank. Jack
