2730 channel balances

A quick learner from Las Cruces New Mexico says:

I need 4ea channel balance 2730. I think there is some plastic stops missing from my window frames for the channel balance's . When I look inside the window frame I see a square hole on top and a round hole on the bottom. I think there is supposed to be a stop in the top square hole but not sure. When you shut the window the channel balances stay up in the air above the window. Please help with some part numbers for the stops. I also need pricing for the balances and the stops

Please help

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the S350-28 channel balance with a 2730 strength option to yours.

It also seems like you might need take-out clips like the 16-002 but I would recommend comparing them to a window with intact hardware to confirm. Thanks for posting!
