Hello,

I suspect that you may need the S770-27 channel balance with a 27B strength option but I would recommend removing an undamaged balance from one of your windows to confirm that the specifications match up. Thanks for posting!

Thank you for the additional photos. If the metal channel measures 28" long, you'd most likely need the S770-28 balance with a 28B strength option. I would recommend weighing your sash to confirm that it falls within the 12 to 18 lbs weight range supported by the 28B option.

As for your pivot shoe, we can't be sure of what you need with it still installed but it does resemble the shoe shown in another customer's thread here. One of our senior experts recommended the 15-173, which would be a good place to start but you'll need to remove your shoe to confirm that the width and thickness shown on our product pages matches up to your part. Thank you!

I do believe that the 15-173 pivot shoe and S770 balance that we recommended would be our best replacement options but you will still need to confirm the dimensions and sash weight that I mentioned in my last response. Unfortunately, we can't confirm dimensions based on photos but you should be good to go as long as your specifications match the information shown on our product pages.
