27B BSI

Question

Hello !

I need to replace several window balances. They have 27B BSI, along with CH, stamped on them.

After reading several recent posts, I'm guessing 27" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE with the only difference being the top clip. Mine has a hook type clip versus what looks like a screw in clip on the top of the assembly. I can retrofit as needed.

I'm assuming I need to replace the pivot bars too.

We should be able to custom make this balance for you. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need? Can you also confirm the width of the bottom shoe? I want to be sure whether you have the 1-1/4" wide shoe or the 1" wide shoe.
