I have a 28-3 channel balance. Do you make a replacement?

Hello,

The stamp number indicates the spring strength that the balance needs, but does not identify the balance. We would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thank you for your response. The channel balance length is 29" and width is 9/16 inch. As I mentioned has 28-3 (see in photos). Appears in one of the photos to be stamped with a "F" as well.

The balance appears to be identical to other I ordered from Swisco in past. (S795 with with 15-195 closed cam on the bottom).

Casey is on vacation right now, but I should be able to help you with this balance.

I can't confirm if this is our Series 795 since your balance appears to be missing its bottom shoe. That's a very important detail. I can at least tell you that the rest of your balance is constructed similarly; assuming that there was a 15-195 once installed at the bottom, then the Series 795 would presumably be a match.
