These are the most common in my area- I ordered from you last time off the numbers only and they weren't even close. Is this enough info to order more? I need a dozen or so....

The stamp on the balance isn't an identification code. It only tells you how strong the spring is. It's hard to make out based on your photos, but our Series 395 may be a match. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom. As long as these match up to what you have now, you should be okay.
