28 4 BSI channel balance

A home owner from Florida says:

Hello. This is from a no-tilt window, circa 1998. the only identifying tag I can find on the window says "Milestone" series. The piece measures 29" (the metal part only). Can you help locate the appropriate replacement? Thanks.

Take a look at our S380-29 channel balance, which comes with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom attachment. As long as those match up with your existing balance, you should be good to go.
