I need to replace my window channel block. don't know what part I should buy. Please help.
the number on the block is 28 4 GW CMC 7.

Based on your photos, you have either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.
