I have 6 failed parts for these windows. I would to repair them hopefully these photos will do the job?

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-29 or S385-29, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thanks Tom, I almost couldn't find your response it went straight to junk! Anyway thanks for getting back to me, I will check on those and I will need the black piece that goes on top, forgive for not knowing the name but I saw it on your site.

here are the sash guides for my window I need 10 out of the 2 you identified I need the S380. I couldn't determine what top sash guide is needed and I hope these pics will help.

Hello! Glad to hear our Series 380 is a match. This top sash guide here is our 18-125. I feel confident this is what you want but just make sure our dimensions match up to be certain.

It unfortunately only comes in white at this time.
