28 - B - 20 channel balances

metal measurement is 29" sash weight is 14 lbs not sure of top or shoe.
There is a name --unique 28-B-20 on the side of the balance

It looks like you'll need the S380-29 Channel Balance with the stamp 2820.

Received my order today had the new balances installed in less than 10 min.They were the exact replacements,your staff reviewed the photos I sent - emailed info for the shoe and top attachments I would need and I was done. A pleasure to work with a company that is helpful and knowledgeable.
