28" Channel Balance - Replacement

See Attached JPEG's. I need to replace two of these, which appear to match your 28" Series 385 Channel Balance (#2740). However, the "Top" and "Shoe" pieces are different than those shown on your website. Can you helpe me order the correct parts?

The main difference between your balance and our S385-28 is that our nylon attachments have wings, while yours don't. Have you seen our S390-28? That looks closer to what you have.

Many thanks, Tom. This beats the heck out of replacing the windows or listening to sarcastic comments from the wife about my failure to correct the shreiking, sticky windows. Finding your website has been like downing a cold beer after a hard day!
