28' Metal window balance 27-3 series

Question

I don't know by the product pictures if I need to purchase the guides seperately and if so guides are 15/16 and where would i find those.

Thanks for posting. Looks like you have either an S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2730.
