28 inch Channel Balance
Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. Based on the characteristic nylon attachments this looks like either our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.
Please double-check the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachments. Based off your stamp code, this length should actually be 29", not 28", but confirm this just to be safe. Your stamp code of 28D conforms to our stamp option of 2840, for a window sash weight range of 23 through 28 lbs.
The length of the metal channel appears to be just short of 29 inches, see photo.
