Thanks for writing in. Please confirm that the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments, is 28" long. If so, see our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare with your old hardware to see what matches best. To know what stamp option to pick, look on the metal channel for a stamp code. If there is none or you are uncertain, obtain the exact weight of your window sash, then match it with one of the weight ranges listed for each stamp option on the product page.
