28 inch channel balance

Question

I have a window with a broken channel balance, but I have a good one from the window next door. The balance is 28 inches long. The only writing on it is 27 4 KW CMC 7

See our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option in either case, choose 2740.
