I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

I sent you 6 pictures of my balance tracks. they are 29 inches long without end brackets. there was no markings other than the 3820 stamp.

Based on your photos, you have either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.

I measured my ends, they are one inch

If you mean that the shoe depth is 1", then it seems like you need an S380-29 with a stamp option of 2820. Let us know if you have any other questions.
