Is this a Series 380?

Metal portion of the balancer is 29". I believe I need a S380-29 option 2830. Have included pictures of the ends and the the metal is stamped 2830. Thanks for the help!

Good deduction. I agree this looks a lot like an S380-29. The only other possibility is the S385-29. The difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe as illustrated in the picture below. Compare both with your old hardware to see which matches best. In either case, you will need a stamp option of 2830.
