Hello,
Your balances is similar to our S380-29 (2830) channel balances but I can't tell if your bottom shoe has the same 1" depth shoe below.

If your shoe measures 7/8" deep, we can still help but the balances would need to be custom ordered with the 15-029 bottom fitting attached, which does not come with any of our stock balances. If so, we would just need to confirm the exact number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.
